Winter Night
Blow, blow,
ye winds with heavier gust!
And freeze, thou bitter-biting frost!
Descend, ye chilly, smothering snows!
Not all your rage, as now united, shows
More hard unkindness, unrelenting,
Vengeful malice, unrepenting,
Than heaven-illumined man on brother man bestows.
--- Robert Burns
While not
quite blanketing Paso Robles proper,
this March snow could be seen on the Kettleman Hills
range and at higher elevations around the area.
You will
see few sunsets to match this one.
