HELP, PLEASE!

I just received an e-mail from Gavin Tester in Redhill, England. He'd like to find out more about his Paso Robles relative, Frank Williams, who owned a sign shop at 1317 Park Street. Frank, his wife, Molllie and daughter, Mary lived at 1104 Olive Street. Frank and Mary died in 1962. Any light you can shed on the business or this family would be appreciated.
